Horror upon horror

I have no idea where this came from, but it is easily one of the most terrible, utterly horrible things I've ever seen online. The only reason I'm even posting it is for the sadistic pleasure upon which my now-shattered psyche feeds.

It makes me think of that play (what was it called?) I recently saw that had Bronson Pinchot. (Actually, it's pretty funny that I can't remember the play's name because it's about ADD.)
